	We are currently seeking a full time employee that is available for line cook position, prep, fry, and salad position.  You must be able to multi-task, stay on task and complete necessary prep and execution in a fast paced environment.  A positive attitude and above normal work ethic required. 
	Major responsibilities include:
	- 
		Prepare  lunch and/or dinners
- 
		Thrive in a fast paced environment
- 
		Communicate effectively and perform 100% daily/nightly
- 
		Assure that all food procedures are followed
- 
		Coordinate food service with other departments as necessary
- 
		Follow all sanitation guidelines
- 
		Become familiar with new menu items/dishes
 
             
            
            
            
                Requirements
                
                
                    
                        
	- 
		High School diploma or equivalent
- 
		Graduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferred
- 
		Minimum of 1 year of food preparation experience required
- 
		Experience with quantity food preparation preferred
- 
		Demonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipes
- 
		Knowledge of proper nutritional requirements
- 
		Food Service Sanitation Ceritifed hghly preferred
